Biography
Born in 1975, he is a native of Kyzylorda.
In 1997, he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications in Almaty with a degree in mechanical engineering.
In 2001, he graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty with a degree in law.
From 1997 to 1998 – Production Preparation Engineer, Garage Manager, and Chief Mechanic at Road Maintenance Section No. 26 of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.
From 1998 to 2005 – First Category Engineer, Deputy Head of the Representative Office, Head of the Representative Office in Astana, and Deputy Director of the Republican State Enterprise "Information and Accounting Center" of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since June 2005 – President and Chairman of the Board of JSC "Information and Accounting Center."
