Biography
Auasi Talapan Rahatl born March 13, 1996, p. Bolshenarymskoe Katon-Karagay district. In 2017, he graduated with honors from D. Serikbayev EKSTU with a bachelor's degree in Geodesy and Cartography, and in 2019 from the same university with a master's degree in Economics.
He started his career in June 2016 as an assistant engineer-surveyor of UKT Group LLP. From 2017 to 2020, he worked in the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning as an intern, document editor, and chief specialist of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Cadastre.
From October 2020 to February 2021 - Chief specialist of the control sector of the Department of Control and Documentation Support of the Office of the Akim of East Kazakhstan Region.
From February 9, 2021 appointed head of the Department of architecture and urban cadastre construction Management,architecture and urban development of ASD.
