Biography
Born in 1977 in the village of Baskan, Aksu district, Taldykorgan region. In 1998, he graduated from Taldykorgan Veterinary College with a degree in meat and meat products technology.
He started his career as a technology teacher at the Telman secondary school in the village of Kokdala , Karatal district.
From 2008 to 2016, he worked in various positions in the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services , Passenger Transport and Highways of Karatal district".
From 2018 to 2020, he worked as Deputy head of the department at the state institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Almaty region".
2023-present Head of the Department of Water Supply and Sanitation of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Zhetysu region.
