Kaisar Mukhametsharipovich Mambetbayev was born on July 20, 1981 in Kirovsky district, Taldykorgan region. Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Education-higher. Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University in 1998-2003 studied as a history teacher.
Work experience: 18 years.
