She began her career in 1985 as a mathematics teacher in the Shemonaikhinsky district.
In 1988, she worked as a mathematics teacher in the Kurchum district.

From 1995 to 2010, she worked as a mathematics teacher at KSU "Secondary School No. 9" in Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region.
From 2010 to 2010, she held the position of a methodologist in mathematics at the State Institution "Department of Education in Ust-Kamenogorsk" of East Kazakhstan region.
