Biography
Ardak Taskynbayuly was born on March 4, 1976 in the village of Kyzyl-Egis of Zerindinsky district of Akmola region
In 1999 he graduated from the Private Kokshetau University with a degree in finance and credit, in 2021 Kokshetau University named after A.Myrzakhmetov with a degree in law, in 2022 from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Master of Management and Business.
He began his career in 1993 as a mechanic at the Lenin-Zholy state farm in the Zerendinsky district.
From 2000 to 2007 he worked in the private sector.
In 2008, he joined the state service in the Tax Administration of the Zerendinsky district.
In 2012, he was appointed akim of Malik Gabdullin rural district, Zerendinsky district
From 2015 to 2016, he worked as the chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Housing Inspection of the city of Kokshetau"
From 2016 to 2017, he held the position of deputy akim of the Krasnoyarsk rural District, from 2017 to 2021 - akim of the village of Stationny, from 2021 to 2023 - akim of the Krasnoyarsk rural district.
Prior to his appointment to this position, he was deputy akim of the Shortandinsky district.
