Farhat Yerzhanovich Garipov was born on March 26, 1983, in Sarytomar village, Bulaevo District, North Kazakhstan Region.

2005 – Graduated from M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Tourism Management;
2014 – Graduated from "Kokshe" Academy with a degree in Law;
2023 – Graduated from Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University with a degree in Physical Education and Sports.

Began career in Bulaevo, Magzhan Zhumabayev District, North Kazakhstan Region, as Acting Chief Specialist of the Physical Education and Sports Department of Magzhan Zhumabayev District.
2007–2009: Chief Sports Specialist of the Physical Education and Sports Department, Magzhan Zhumabayev District, North Kazakhstan Region.
2009–2016: Chief Specialist of the Tourism Development and Infrastructure Division (Department of Tourism, Physical Education and Sports of North Kazakhstan Region); Chief Specialist of the Mass Sports Division (Department of Physical Education and Sports of North Kazakhstan Region).
