Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Biography
Born in 1967 in the Zhambyl region.
Graduated in 1991 from the Leningrad Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in agricultural mechanization. In 2008, he earned a degree in economics from Zhambyl Humanitarian and Technical University and holds the title of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
From 1988 to 1996, he worked as a technician and commandant at the Leningrad Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, a mechanic at the Gorky Collective Farm, and a chief engineer of the Tole Bi Agricultural Association.
From 1996 to 2008, he served as a specialist, a head of the department at the Akim's Office of Zhualy district in Zhambyl region, a chief specialist of the Department of Economics at the Akimat of Zhualy district, and a head of the Entrepreneurship Department at the Akimat of Zhualy district.
In 2008-2011, he was the Head of the Department for the Development of monitoring the quality of public services of the Akim of Zhambyl region.
From 2011 to 2015, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Department at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Zhambyl region, later he became the Head of the Department of Public Service and Corruption Prevention of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in Zhambyl region.
In 2015-2018 - the Head of the Department of Agriculture at the Akimat of Zhambyl region.
In 2018-2019 - the Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management at the Akimat of Zhambyl region.
In 2019-2021 - the Akim of the Bayzak district in Zhambyl region.
In 2021-2022 - the Deputy Akim of Zhambyl region.
On April 7, 2022, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed as the Akim of Zhambyl region, and on December 2, 2022, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was reassigned to this position.
On September 4, 2023, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed as the Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
