Biography
Nurgazy Isabekovich was born in 1978 in the village of Zhalagash, Zhalagash district, Kyzylorda region. Education - higher.
In 2000 he graduated from Semey State University named after Shakarim with a degree in financier-economist.
In 2008 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in State and Local Administration, Bachelor.
In 2022, under the Bolashak program, he graduated from Florida State University, USA, majoring in Public Administration, Master.
Began his career in 2000 as a leading specialist at the Ministry of State Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2001 – 2007 worked as a chief specialist, head of a department of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2007 to 2023 he worked as the chief consultant of the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since September 5, 2023, he has been working as the head of the Department of Public Procurement of products and services of the Public Procurement Department of the Almaty region.
