Biography
Daniyar Orynbassarov was born in 1987 in the Atyrau region. He graduated from Atyrau Oil and Gas University named after. S. Utebayev with a degree in Oil and Gas Engineering and ASU named after. Kh. Dosmukhamedov, majoring in Law. He is a Master of State and Local Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Work path:
2008 - engineer at Nurly Zhol LLP;
08.2009-06.2011 – Supervisor of the JSC Branch of the company “Bateman Kazakhstan Oil&Gas Company B.V.”
03.2012-10.2017 – he held various positions in the Customs Control Department and in the State Revenue Department for the Atyrau region.
10.2017 - 08.2022 – he worked as a Chief expert, Head of the Department of Investment Policy, Head of the Department of Public-private Partnership Development of the Department of Investment Policy of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
08.2022 - 02.2023 – Chief Consultant of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 02.2023 until his appointment, he worked as the Chief Consultant of the Department for the Development of the Real Sector and Regions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
