Absultanov Murat Baigabyluly

Murat Baigabylly 1986 zhyly Kyzylorda oblysy, Kazaly audaninda duniege kelgen. 2008 zhyly M. Tynyshbayev atyndagy Kazak kol'ik zhane communicationar akademiyasynda "Kol'ik, kol'ik technikasy zhane technologiyasy", 2014 zhyly "Akmeshit" humanistlyk-technikalyk institutynda "Economics" mamandygy boyynsha bilim algan.

Murat baigabylovich absultanov has been appointed deputy akim of the district.

Murat Baigabylovich was born in 1986 in Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region. In 2008, he studied at the Kazakh Academy of transport and Communications named after M. Tynyshbayev with a degree in transport, transport engineering and technology, in 2014-at the humanitarian and Technical Institute "Akmeshit" with a degree in Economics.

He started his career in 2009 as a teacher at the kazalinsky district vocational school No. 5. From 2013 to 2019, Chief Specialist, deputy head, head of the Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of Kazalinsky district,

In 2019-2024, he was the head of the Department of construction, architecture and urban planning of Kazalinsky district, akim of Aiteke bi village.

From May 2024 to February 2025, head of the Kyzylorda City Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways.

Since February 2025, he has been working as deputy akim of the district.
