Biography
Born in 1984, has two higher educations.
Graduated from M.Auyezov South Kazakhstan State University (State and Local Government), Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (Master of Economics).
In public service since 2006. He worked at the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency for Protection of Competition, the Eurasian Economic Commission (Moscow).
Prior to his appointment, he held the positions of head of Departments of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology in the Turkestan region, and then in the city of Almaty.
