Biography
He was born on September 21, 1981 in the village of Ortak, Kokchetav district, Kokchetav region.
In 2002 he graduated from the Kokshetau Agricultural Institute named after S.Saduakasov with a degree in agronomy and in 2011 from the Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov majored in law.
He began his career in government agencies in July 2003 as a specialist in the office of the akim of the Kazotinsky rural district of the Zerendinsky district.
Further, he continued his public service in the land management state bodies of the region.
2006 – 2008 – Chief Specialist of the Akmola Regional Territorial Administration of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management (SLM);
2008 – 2011 – Chief Specialist-Inspector, Head of the Department of Interregional Land Inspection in Akmola, Karaganda regions and the city of Astana AUZR;
2011 – 2012 – Head of the Department, Deputy Head of the Department of Land Relations of Akmola region;
2012 - 2015 – Deputy Head of the Territorial Land Inspectorate for Akmola region of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan ;
2015-2022 – Deputy Head of the Department for Control over the Use and Protection of Lands of the Akmola region;
2022. (February-October) – Deputy Head of the Department of Land Management of Akmola region of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2022. (November) – 2023. (January) - Head of the Department of Administrative and Personnel Support of the Committee on Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2023. (February) - 2023. (August) - Chief Specialist of the Subsoil Use Department of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of Akmola region;
Since August 28, 2023, Head of the Department of Regulation and Coordination of Land Relations of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region.
