Higher education, in 2007 he graduated from the Academy of Financial Police of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in jurisprudence, economics; in 2015 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanities University
Master in Economics and Business
In the period from 2007 to 2014, he served in the Department for combating economic and corruption crimes (financial police) in the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2014 to 2019, he worked in the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2019 to 2021 at the disposal of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Prior to his appointment as Deputy Head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) in the Karaganda region, he held the position of Head of the Department for Detecting Systemic Corruption Schemes of the Service for Detecting and Suppressing the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service).
