Biography
Dulat Tulegenov Rashidovich was born in 1990 in the city of Satpayev. Has a higher education.
Since 2017, he has worked as the director of the Information and advisory Center on religious issues in Satpayev.
Since 2019 - Head of the Rehabilitation Department and Head of the Center for the Study and Analysis of Problems of Interfaith Relations of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Karaganda region. Previously, he held the position of Deputy head of the Department of Public Development of the Ulytau region.
