Biography
Ihsanov Yerkebulan Nuretdinovich was born in 1982 in the village of Kaztalovka, Kaztalovsky district. Education - higher (Master's degree), in 2003 graduated from the West Kazakhstan Humanitarian Academy with a degree in finance and credit, in 2013 graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in state and local administration.
He is married and has four children.
