Biography
Arman Utegulov was born in1964in the West Kazakhstan region. In 1989, he graduated from the Saratov State Zootechnical and Veterinary Institute with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. In 2007 - West Kazakhstan Engineering and Technical University, majoring in "Bachelor of Economics".
Mr. Utegulov began his career back in 1982.
1989-1996 - Senior, chief veterinary doctor at the Akkulsky farm of the Furmanovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan.
1996-1998 - Director of the "TaldyApan" production cooperative , Kaztalovsky district, WKR.
From 1998 to 2013 - Deputy akim of the Kaztalovsky, Karatobinsky, Terektinsky districts of the West Kazakhstan Oblast
2013–2014 - Head of the Agriculture department of the West Kazakhstan region.
2014 - 2018 Deputy akim of the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2018 to the present time - Chairman of the Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
