Bigaliev Bauyrjan Azamatuly

Bauyrzhan Azamatovich bigaliyev was born on February 8, 1992 in the village of Tassay, Abay region.

In 2013, he graduated from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in international relations.

In 2018, he graduated from this university with a degree in Economics. He started his career on September 26, 2013 as a clerk in the state institution of the Department of internal policy of Kokpekty district and worked in this position until February 28, 2014. From April 1, 2014 to September 22, 2014, he worked as a methodologist in the municipal state institution "Youth Center" under the Department of internal policy of Ulansky district. From September 22, 2014 to June 9, 2016, he worked as a chief specialist in the Department of internal policy of Ulansky district. From June 9, 2016 to September 4, 2017, he worked as a chief specialist in the Office of the mayor of Ulansky district. From September 26, 2017 to April 17, 2020, he worked as a director at the KSU "Youth Resource Center" under the Department of internal policy, culture and language development of the Ulansky district. From June 26, 2020 to December 14, 2020, he worked as a chief specialist in the Department of energy and housing and communal services of the East Kazakhstan region. From May 5, 2021 to September 6, 2021, he worked as the head of the Information Policy and media monitoring sector in the Department of internal policy of Ust-Kamenogorsk. From August 3, 2023 to December 20, 2024, he worked as a methodologist at the KSU "Youth Resource Center" under the Department of internal policy of the Ulansky district. From December 20, 2024 to the present, he holds the position of director of this institution.
