Biography
Isataeva Meruert Serikovna was born on November 29, 1993 in Katon-Karagai district, Ulken Naryn village. In 2015, she graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in Law and Economics.
She started her employment activity in 2015. From October 2015 to October 2017 she worked as a chief specialist in State Institution "Akim's Office of Solonovka rural district of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region". From October 2017 to September 2020 she held a position of Chief Specialist of Human Resources Management Department of State Institution "Akim's Office of Katon-Karagai district". From October 2020 to May 2021 held the post of chief specialist of department of chancery and information technology of State Institution "Akim's Office of Katon-Karagai district". By the order of the akim of Katon-Karagai district from June 1, 2021 was appointed to the post of head of the department of chancery and information technology of State Institution "Akim’s office of the Katon-Karagai district" by transfer.
