Biography
He was born on January 01, 1974 in the village of Ushtagan, Mangistau district.
From 1991 to 1996 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Atyrau State University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov, from 1999 to 2002 Karaganda State University with a degree in law.

He started his career in 1996 as a physics teacher at Kulunda Secondary School.
2000-2002-head teacher.
2002 - 2011 - Director of Kulunda Secondary school.
From 2011 to the present, he has worked as the akim of the Kulandinsky rural district.
04.07.2023 - By Order of the akim of the district No. 90, he was appointed supervising deputy akim of the Karakiyansky district in the field of culture and sports, internal policy, education, construction, health.
