Biography
Temirbekova Elvira Serikovna was born on May 27, 1975 in the Semipalatinsk region, Makanchinsky district,in the village of Bakhty. She has two higher educations. In 1998 she graduated in the Kazakh Academy of Management in Almaty in finance and credit, in 2008 she graduated from the Academy of Economics and Law in jurisdiction.
