Born on January 01, 1966 in Tarbagatai village, Ayagoz district of Semipalatinsk region, Kazakh, higher education.
She started her career in the judicial authorities.
Since August 1, 1985, she worked as a senior bailiff of the Urdzhar District Court.
In 1990, she worked as the head of the dormitory No. 6 of the Ural State University, Sverdlovsk, Russia.
