She was born on July 03, 1976 in the village of Baykadam, Sarysu district, Zhambyl region.
In 2005 he graduated from the Canadian University with a degree in pedagogy and psychology;
She started her career in 1995 as a primary school teacher at the Pushkin Secondary School in Karatau, Zhambyl region.
