Biography
Rakhimova Gulnara Bakytbekovna was born on April 1, 1980 in the city of Zaysan, East Kazakhstan region. In 1997 he graduated from the secondary school named after M. Auezov in Zaisan. In 1997 he graduated from the secondary school named after M. Auezov in Zaisan.
In 2005 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics in Almaty with a degree in Finance and Credit.
