Eskaraev Adilbek Taizhanuly

Born on October 29, 1972, in Kyzyltam, Karmakshinsky District, Kyzylorda Region.

In 1994, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. In 2015, he graduated from Bolashak University with a degree in Law.

He began his career on July 1, 1989, as a worker in Brigade No. 1 of the Karmaqshy state farm in the Karmakshinsky District, Kyzylorda Region.

From August 1, 1994, to December 12, 1994, he worked as an accountant in the centralized accounting department of the Karmakshy sheep farm in the Karmakshy district of the Kyzylorda region.

From December 14, 1994, to April 22, 1996, he worked as a specialist at the Tax Inspectorate for the Karmakshy District, Kyzylorda Region.

From April 22, 1996, to June 8, 1999, he worked as an inspector in the accounting and analysis department of the Tax Inspectorate for the Karmakshinsky District of the Kyzylorda Region.

From June 8, 1999, to April 3, 2000, he worked as a chief tax specialist in the Accounting Department of the Tax Committee for the Karmakshinsky District of the Kyzylorda Region.

From April 3, 2000, to February 26, 2001, he worked as a chief tax specialist in the Accounting and Announcements Department for the Karmakshinsky District of the Kyzylorda Region.

From March 5, 2001, to June 15, 2001, he worked as a leading specialist-chief treasurer in the Correspondence Relations Department of the Treasury Administration of the Kyzylorda Region, Kyzylorda.

From June 15, 2001, to September 20, 2001, he worked as a chief specialist-chief treasurer of the Local Budget Service Department of the Treasury Administration of the Kyzylorda Region, Kyzylorda. From September 20, 2001, to July 17, 2008, he worked as head of the Karmakshinsky District Treasury Department of the Treasury Department for the Kyzylorda Region.

From July 17, 2008, to March 26, 2013, he worked as deputy head of the Treasury Department for the Kyzylorda Region, Kyzylorda.
