Biography
Kalinovsky Valery Yakovlevich was born on August 18, 1961 in the village of Sladvodsk, Irtysh district, Pavlodar region. Nationality-German. Higher education, in 1987 he graduated from the Tselinograd agricultural Institute with a degree in land management.
He started his career in 1979 as a tractor driver at the Seletinsky state farm in the Irtysh district of Pavlodar region. 1979-1981 years of service in the Soviet army.
