Biography
In 1994 she graduated with honors from the Semipalatinsk Financial and Economic College with a degree in Finance and Credit, in 2002 she graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Finance.
She began her career in 1994 in the Zyryanovsk City Finance Department as a senior economist in the forecasting department. Since 2005, she was transferred to the Department of Economics and Budget Planning as the Head of the Department of Budget Policy and Planning, since 2006 she was appointed Deputy Head of the Department, and since October 2012, she was appointed the Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning.
On December 22, 2015, she was appointed to the position of head of the finance department.
