Biography
Date of birth: February 8, 1980
Place of birth: in the village of Zhetysu, Taldykorgan district, Taldykorgan region
Education: in 2004 he graduated from Zhetysu State University named after I. Zhansugurov with a degree in economics and management.
He started his career in 2011 as an expert in the Environmental Projects Department of RSE «KazNIIEK» of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Astana.
Over the years, he worked as a specialist in the Solid household waste department of «Zhasyl Damu» JSC, a leading specialist in the Department of International Cooperation and Legal Support of the «National Accreditation Center» LLP.
In the civil service since 2018, he worked as the chief expert of the Department of Legal Support, preparation and maintenance of regulatory legal acts of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then the chief expert of the Department of Legal Support of this Committee.
Since 2020, he has been the chief expert of the Department of Legal Work of the Transport Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then the chief expert of the Department of Rule-making, Prevention and Public Procurement of this Committee.
Since July 11, 2022, Head of the Department of Analysis and Monitoring in the field of consumer Protection of the Committee for Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then Head of the Department of Coordination Control of the Committee for Consumer Protection of this Ministry.
On January 22, 2024, by order of the Acting Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, S. Li No. 157 was appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Trade and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Zhetisu region.
