Biography
Azamat Kemelov was born on December 19, 1991 in Taraz, Zhambyl region.
He graduated from K.I.Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in Oil and Gas Engineering.
He started his career in 2017 as an engineer at an oil and gas construction company in Atyrau. Since 2020, he has worked as a deputy director at a construction company in Almaty.
Prior to his appointment, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Engineering and road infrastructure of the Office of Akim of the Turksib district of Almaty.
