    Biography

    Rakhmetkaliev Duman Esdauletovich was born on September 19, 1988 in the village of Akhmirovo, Tauride District, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2011, he graduated from Prague International University with a degree in international trade, and in 2016 he graduated from the Kazakh-American Free University with a degree in jurisprudence. Fluent in English.

    He began his career in 2011 as an economist at Teploenergosnab LLP. Since 2013, he worked as the chief specialist of Kazatomprom-Demeu LLP, since 2014 - the inspector of KSU "Team for the rapid response of forestry and hunting." From 2014 to 2019, he worked at JSC “SEC Ertis” as a programmer, chief manager of an investor services center, director of an asset management department, and deputy chairman of the board. From February 2020, he was appointed head of the finance department of the East Kazakhstan region.
