Biography
Born on June 20, 1961 in Semey, East Kazakhstan region, Kazakh by nationality. In 1989, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk pedagogical Institute with a degree in history and social studies.
He started his career as a worker at the meat-canning plant in Semipalatinsk, East Kazakhstan region. From 1986 to 1988, he was Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the topographical technical school of Semipalatinsk.
From 1988 to 1989, he was a teacher at the topographical technical school in Semipalatinsk.
From 1989 to 1990-chief specialist of the regional labor headquarters in Semipalatinsk. From 1990 to 1992 - head of the workshop of the construction cooperative "Sozidatel" in Semipalatinsk.
From 1992 to 1997-head of the local government "Zholaman" Semey.
In 1998, he was an instructor at the Semey regional sports school.
From 1998 to 1999, he was the representative of the mayor for the municipal district No. 1.Families.
From 1999 to 2001-specialist in JSC" Polymer-printing plant " Semey.
2001-2004-Director of the boarding School for children from low-income and large families in Semey, East Kazakhstan region.

In August 2017, he was re-elected as the mayor of Dostyk rural district.
