Smagulov Abylai Gazizuly

Born on November 22, 1993 in Karaganda.

He has three higher educations.

In 2015 he graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in "Production of building materials, products and structures".

In 2017, Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz majored in "World Economy".

In 2022, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the specialty "Regional Development".

He started his career in 2016 as a chief specialist in the construction sector of the state institution "Shakhtinsk City Construction Department". From 2018 to 2020, he held the positions of Chief Specialist of the Department of Monitoring of Urban and District Development Programs, Chief Specialist of the Department of Coordination of Housing Construction Development of the state institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Karaganda Region". From 2020 – 2023 he worked as the head of the Department of coordination of housing construction development of the state institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning Karaganda region".

Since March 20, 2023, he has been appointed deputy head of the state institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Karaganda region".
