Biography
Malikazhdar Murat Baltabekuly was born on January 2, 1995 in the Almaty region, Ili district. In 2016, he graduated from the Kazakh University of Railways with a degree in "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport".
From 09.11.2016 to 11.09.2017 he held the position of Acting Chief Specialist of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the city of Almaty;
From 12.09.2017 to 15.03.2021, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the city of Almaty;
From 04.11.2022 to 20.02.2023, he held the position of Acting Head of the Department for Support and Development of Private Entrepreneurship (SME) of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Abai region;
From 02/21/2023 to the present, he holds the position of head of the Department for the Support and Development of Private Entrepreneurship (SME) of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Abai region.
