Biography
Bekzat Mukhtarovich Orynbayev was born in 1989 in the village of Akdala. In 2007, he graduated from A'dala High School. From 2007 to 2011, he studied at the Kazakh National Agrarian University "Ecology", the Academy "Kainar" in Almaty, majoring in law.
He began his career in 2016 as a leading specialist of the akim's office of the Zhidelinsky rural district. On December 24, 2016, he was appointed to the position of chief specialist of the Akim's office of the Baikoniss rural District in the order of transfer. On September 21, 2020, he was appointed to the post of deputy akim of the Baikoniss rural District in the order of transfer. On September 15, 2021, he worked as an instructor-methodologist in sports of the akim's office of the Akdalinsky rural district. Since February 22, 2022, he has been working as an expert of the Balkhash district branch of the Amanat party.
