Kultaev Sayat Serzhanovich

Born on July 11, 1989 in the Almaty region, Kerbulak district, the village of Sarybastau. In 2014 he graduated from the Academy of Economics and Law. Zholdasbekov with a degree in Economics and Business.

He began his career with military service in other
troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty region, 
Kerbulak district, Saryozek village.

Over the years, he held the positions of the chief adviser to the youth of the 
Karatal region in the branch of the GKP "Center for Youth Policy of the Almaty Region"; 
youth instructor, acting the chief specialist 
of the department of organizational and personnel work, 
the head of the general department, the head of the general department and the 
financial and economic department in the State Institution "Apparatus of the akim of the city of Ushtobe";
chief specialist of the department of 
public procurement of works of the public procurement department 
of the Almaty region; chief specialist of the department of public 
procurement of works of the Department of Public Procurement of the region, 
chief specialist of the department of economics and budget planning, accounting 
and reporting, overhaul and public procurement in the State Institution 
"Department of Education of the Zhetisu Region".
From January 16, 2023, he was appointed to the position of the 
head of the administrative and financial department in the State Institution 
"Department of Agriculture of the Zhetisu Region" in Taldykorgan.
