Biography
Graduated from Karaganda University of Economic and gained Master’s degree at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Gubaidullaev Meirman started his career at the Ministry of Economics and Budget planning as an expert of the Department of Public Administration System Development.
In the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service he worked as a chief consultant at the Department for the de-bureaucratization of the public apparatus, evaluation and quality control of public service delivery.
