Ibrayev Valikhan Serikuly

Ibrayev Valikhan Serikovich was born on July 13, 1981 in the city of Kyzylorda. In 2002, graduated from KSU named after Korkyt Ata majoring in “Basis of history, law and economics”.

Candidate of history sciences (2009).

He started the work career in 2002 at the KSU named after Korkyt Ata as a teaching assistant at the Department of “General history”.

From 2003 up to 2006, studies at the postgraduate full-time department of the Research institute of history and ethnology named after Shokan Ualikhanov by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2007 up to 2014, teacher of the department “General history”, senior teacher, deputy dean of the faculty “History and Kazakh philology”, deputy dean of the faculty of distance learning in “Humanitarian and pedagogical” specialties, senior researcher at the Research center “Eurasian civilization and the Syrdarya region”, deputy director for educational and public functions of the institute “History, law and economics”.

From 2014 up to 2015, head of the department of scientific expertise and methodical support of MSE “Center for the apparatus public consultation of the Kyzylorda region head”.

2015-2020, director of the municipal state-owned enterprise “Kogamdyk kelisim” by the Kyzylorda region head apparatus.

2020-2021 deputy general director of “Syr Media” LLP, director of the center “Rukhani Zhangyru”, director of the MSE “Rukhani Zhangyru center” by the department of internal policy of the Kyzylorda region.

Since December 2021 he had been the head of the department for interethnic relations-the secretariat of the APK by the department of internal policy of the Kyzylorda region.

Since 2022, he had been the head of the department for work with the civil society institutions by the department of public development of the Kyzylorda region.

Since February 2023 up today, deputy head of the Department of public development of Kyzylorda region.
