Was born in 1967 in the Bayganin district of the Aktobe region.

Education:

In 1984, graduated from the Republican School of Physics and Mathematics in Almaty.

In 1989, graduated from the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of National Economy with a degree in Commodity Science and Trade Organization.

In 2015, graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a Master's degree in Law.

Professional experience:

1989-1999 — worked in the field of trade in JSC "Foodstuffs", JSC "Azyk-tulik".

1999-2006 — civil servant in the departments of the Akimat of the city of Aktobe.

2007-2016 — Head of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the city of Aktobe".

2016-2019 - Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship of Aktobe region.

2019-2021 — Director of RCE "Atameken" in Aktobe region.

2021-2023 - Chairman of the Maslikhat of Aktobe of the seventh convocation.

Since March 19, 2023, she has been elected a deputy of the maslikhat of Aktobe of the eighth convocation in the single-mandate electoral district No. 16.

Since March 30, 2023 - Chairman of the Maslikhat of Aktobe.
