Biography
In 1998 he graduated from the Academician Baikonurov University of Zhezkazgan with a degree in "engineer", in 2000 Karaganda Economic University of Karaganda with a degree in "lawyer", continues his studies at the magistracy of the TURAN University of Astana with a degree in "economics".
From 2000 to 2006, he served in the prosecutor's office of Karaganda, Akmola regions, as well as in the Transport Prosecutor's Office of Astana.
From 2007 to 2008, the head of the legal service of JSC "Astana-Gorkomunkhoz".
From 2010 to 2012, the Committee of Technical Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
From 2014 to 2022, the Committee of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January 2023 to the present, he holds the position of head of the RSU "Department of the Committee of Labor and Social Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau region".
