Khavjalel Khasamkhan

Khavjalel Khasamkhan was born on May 22, 1983 in Mongolia, a Kazakh by nationality.
Has a university degree. In 2007, he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin (qualification — economist), in 2019 — the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (state and local government). Master of Economic Sciences.

- 2008-2009 — Chief specialist of the office of the Akim of the Pavlovsky rural district (Akmola region, Yerementau district, Yerkinshilik village).
- 2009 — Chief specialist of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports on migration issues of the Yerementau district.
