Biography
Born on may 24, 1984 in Kegen village of Kegen district of Almaty region.
In 2006, he graduated from the international Kazakh-Turkish University A.Yassawi. Specialty - state and local government.
He started his career in 2006 as a leading specialist-accountant of the state institution "Department of physical culture and sports of Raiymbek district". From 2007-2012 - chief specialist of the Department of organizational, state-legal and personnel work of the office of the mayor of Raiymbek district. From 2012-2016-akim of Tuyuk rural district. From 2016-2018 - head of the state institution "Department of housing and communal services and housing inspection" of Raiymbek district.
From 2018 to 2023-head of the Office of the Akim of Kegen district. Since December 19, 2023, deputy akim of the district
