Born on October 1, 1991
Graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute (2013), a Bachelor of Kazakh language and literature.
In 2010-2011 – an activist of the Headquarters “Zhasyl El of East Kazakhstan region” of Semey city.
In 2011-2013 - Executive Secretary of the Zhas Otan Youth Wing.
In 2013-2014 – an expert of the Youth Center of East Kazakhstan region.
In 2014-2015 - a chief expert of Youth Policy Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
In 2015-2016 – a chief expert of Domestic Policy Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
In 2016-2017 - Head of a Department of Domestic Policy Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
On May 19, 2017 - was appointed Head of Youth Affairs Department of Domestic Policy Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
