Biography
Born in 1989 in Semey, Semipalatinsk region.
Bachelor of Tourism, Master of Law.
Graduated from the Kazakh Finance and Economics Academy and the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovative University.
He began his public service in 2014 as a leading specialist in the office of the Semey City Court of the East Kazakhstan Region.
From 2019 to 2023, he held the position of chief specialist of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Semey.
From January 2023 to February 2025, he worked as the head of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the City of Semey, Abay Region".
Since February 11, 2025 - Head of the Office of the Akim of the City of Kurchatov.
