Karabalina Saule Zaydagalievna

Born in 1963 on November 11 in the village of Azhibay, Kaztalovsky district, West Kazakhstan region.

Graduated from the Ural pedagogical Institute named after A. S. Pushkin in 1987 with a degree in geography and biology.

He started his career in 1981 as a worker at the Bostandyk state farm in Kaztalovsky district.
