Education: Graduated from the Faculty of Agronomy of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute.

He started his career at the state farm «Nikolaevsky» as an agronomist of the department. After serving in the army, he returned to his previous position. the deputy director of the state farm for fodder production has already been appointed. the chief agronomist of the farm. In 1988 he was elected secretary of the party committee of the state farm, in 1991 he was appointed its director. Vladimir Stepanovich, together with the employees of the state farm «Nikolaevsky», created a private agricultural enterprise on its basis, which in 1996 was reorganized into a production cooperative, then into a Maylin LLP.

Vladimir Stepanovich continues the work of his father, who devoted his whole life to agriculture, working as an agronomist and chairman of the virgin state farm.
