Date and place of birth: born on October 29, 1944 in the village of Tobol, Taranovsky district.
Education: Graduated in 1963 from Technical School No. 8 in Kartaly, majoring in assistant locomotive driver. In 1974 he graduated from the Tashkent Railway Institute, majoring in mechanical engineer of the Ministry of Railways.

Career: He started his career as an assistant locomotive driver at the Novo – Lipetsk Metallurgical Plant. From 1967 to 1969 he worked in the locomotive depot of Kostanay as an assistant engineer. Since 1969, he was transferred as a locomotive driver, and worked in this position until 1974. From 1974 to 1983, he was appointed a machinist and instructor of locomotive crews of the Kostanay locomotive depot. In 1983, he was approved as the secretary of the party committee of the Tobol railway junction, worked in this position until 1991. From 1991 to 1995 , he worked as a duty officer at the 373 km checkpoint . In 1995, he was appointed Chief Engineer of the Tobol station. From 1999 to 2008, he was on duty at the Uvalnoye station. From 2010 to 2011, as a pensioner, he worked in Sokolovsko-Sarbaysky GPO, as a foreman, at the site of the main production. He worked on the railway for 46 years. Currently retired, he is the chairman of the Veterans Council. Leads an active social life. He leads the vocal group "With a song for life". They perform concerts at the district level, and also perform concerts on a regular basis in the houses of mercy of Rudny and Lisakovsk.
Achievements and awards: Has a medal "For military merit", many letters of thanks and diplomas. He is a member of the local community, chairman of the veterans of the village of Tobol.
