Biography
Born on April 09, 1978 in Karkara village of Kegen district of Almaty region.
He began his career in 2005 as a temporary acting leading specialist in public utilities of the state institution "The Office of the akim of the Tuyuk settlement district". 2006-2007-a leading specialist in public utilities of the State Institution "The Office of the akim of the Tuyuk settlement district". From 2007 to 2012, he worked as a chief specialist-managing the affairs of the state institution "The Office of the akim of the Tuyuk settlement district", from 2012-2013 - deputy akim of the Kegensky rural district of the Raiymbek district. 2013-2021-Akim of the Bolek rural district.
