In 1982 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk Cooperative College with a degree in Organization and Management of Cooperative Trade.
In 2008 she graduated from the Kostanay Socio-Technical University named after. Z. Aldamzhar majoring in "State and local government"
She began her career in 1982 as a salesperson at the Taranovskiy Koopunivermag in the Taranovskiy district of the Kostanay region.
From 1984 to 1989 she worked as a secretary-typist in the Taranovskiy district executive committee of the Taranovskiy district of the Kostanay region.
From 1989 to 1993 she worked as an economist at the Planning Department of the Taranovskiy District Executive Committee of the Taranovskiy District of the Kostanay Region.
From 1993 to 1994 she worked as a specialist in the State Institution "Taranovsky District Department of Finance" of the Taranovsky District of the Kostanay Region.
