Biography
Baurzhan Bilyalovich Kemalov was born on October 05, 1989.
In 2011, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in State and Local Government.
Career
He started his career in 2012 as a specialist at the State Pension Payment Center of the Mangystau region. From 2013 to 2017, he held the positions of chief specialist, head of the sector in the state institution "Beineu district Department of Passenger Transport and highways of housing and Communal Services" of the Akimat of Beineu district, in the state institution "Beineu district Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry". Since July 2017, he has worked as a chief specialist – State labor inspector of the Labor Legislation Control Department of the Mangystau Region Labor Department. Since May 2024, he has been appointed head of the Department for Monitoring Legislation on Safety and Labor Protection of the Mangystau Region Labor Department.
