Biography
Asem Utepbaeva was born in 1979 in Kokshetau region.
In 2001, she graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov.
She started her career in 2001 in Akmola Regional Treasury Department, Kokshetau.
In 2003-2008 she worked in the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
In 2008-2019 she worked in the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
In 2019-2022 she worked in the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
From 2022 to the present time she worked in the Committee of Trade of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
